Mafia Wars Ch. 4

"Heather..." A smile forming on my lips. Her raven hair gleamed bright even in the dark, her dark coal eyes captivated me, and her legs seem to go on for miles.

"Hey Alejandro," I looked down to see big blue eyes, staring up at me. "What were you doing with that other girl?" Why would she care..... OH! Yes that's right we are dating....

"Hello Lindsay, I have something to say, even though it pains me." Giving her a strained smile.

"What Alli-Baby?" A regretted nickname

"We need to break up, we have been having some rough patches. I just can not handle what ever this is. Good-bye lindsay." With that I walked away, hearing the muffled sobs of my now ex. Heather was my new subject and she seemed a little more interesting.

As I pulled into the cement driveway, I noticed all the lights were off, every single one of them. *What is going on?* I stepped onto the driveway and rushed to the door and unlocked it.

"Hello?"

"Heather is-is that you?" The voice was strained as if been strangled or beaten.

"Mom?"  

"Yes, Heather. Where have you been?"

"At the park, what's wrong? Did dad do this?" My father had a mean streak, when some one stepped out of line. That's how he handles thing in the business, he just had hard time separating the two.

"Yes and no. I had stepped out of line earlier, and he gave me what I deserved, but I was attacked a little bit ago. Thank goodness everyone else was away, it would have been much worse."

"What? Mom have you told dad?"

"No, he has enough on his plate." Obviously worried that there would be another beating.

"When did it happen?"

"Only about thirty-three .... Minutes ago." Straining to get the last of her words out.

"Don't say any more, good night mom. I will handle it." Gleam in my eyes that only one could describe as pure vengeance.  

Thoughts reeling in my head, who could have done this? Why an innocent woman? My mother never got involved with the mob unless she absolutely had too. It must of been them. My hatred has just grew. Instead of bring them to their knees, it is going to be a full on execution.

"Jose?"

"Yes, brother."

"How did it go at the Yoshidas'?" Hoping that there would be something we could work on.

"I can't tell you much, because some women was there. I did attack her, but I didn't kill her, just enough to scare her." Looking like he was satisfied with himself, which kind of made me sick.

"So did you find anything out?"

"No the old women found me pretty quick, we will haft to go again soon."

"Okay we will plan in the morning."

We need something, but not just anything, something to bring the Yoshidas' down. Our family needs to rule again. I just have no idea where to start. Maybe clearing my head with a fair raven headed girl could calm my nerves. Tomorrow was going to be interesting.
